Space Management

Set up every bookable space you have, whether that's one snooker table or twenty padel courts. Each one gets its own rate, booking rules and a maintenance switch.

  • Six space types: table, court, lane, pod, room and station
  • 37 sub-types to pick from, like snooker, padel, bowling, PS5 console, VR, escape room or climbing wall
  • A minimum charge per space, so a 10-minute game on a 30-minute minimum is billed for 30
  • Put a table into maintenance with a reason, and see the downtime and the money it cost you
  • Add spaces one at a time or a whole floor's worth in one go

Booking Management

Take bookings at the front desk and from customers with an account. Availability takes in your opening hours, your slot rules, other bookings and whatever is being played right now.

  • Free slots for any day, grouped into morning, afternoon, evening and night
  • Slot rules per space type, e.g. snooker starts every 10 minutes and runs 60 to 150 minutes
  • Two people can't book the same table at the same time, even if they tap at the same second
  • Bookings that pass without a check-in are marked as no-shows
  • Check-in starts the timer and keeps the rate the customer was quoted
  • Choose how far ahead people can book, from a few days up to a year

Point of Sale

Sell food, drinks and accessories against a running table, court or PC. Each order is linked to the right space, and can be linked to the right player too.

  • Menu items with variants, required or optional modifiers, and combos
  • Orders go to a live kitchen queue: sent, preparing, ready, served
  • Counter orders for the bar or lounge when nobody's on a table
  • Cash, card, wallet and credit, and more than one method on the same bill
  • Refunds per payment method, and voids that undo any wallet charge

Session Management

The timer starts when the game does and the bill follows it. No stopwatch at the counter, and no arguing over how long a game ran.

  • Billed on the seconds actually played, at the space's hourly rate
  • Pause and resume, with a log of who pressed what
  • Peak and off-peak rates: a game that crosses 6pm is billed at both prices
  • Players join and leave a session, and can pay and go while the rest keep playing
  • Several tables or PCs on one tab for a group that moves around
05 / 13

Peak & Off-Peak Pricing

Set a different hourly rate for evenings, weekends or one busy night of the week. Every session is priced by the clock, so staff never work out which rate applies.

  • Rules for the whole venue, for one type of space, or for a single table or court
  • Pick every day, weekdays, weekends or one named day, plus a time window
  • A game that runs from 5:20pm to 7:05pm is billed at the day rate, then the evening rate
  • Booking quotes show the price split by rate, and check-in keeps the quoted rates
  • Overlapping windows are blocked, so a minute of play never has two prices

Customer Wallet & Credit

Regulars can top up a wallet in advance or run a tab and pay later, up to a limit you set. Every top-up and payment is on a ledger.

  • Wallet top-ups by cash or card
  • Pay-later credit with a limit per customer
  • A top-up pays off any credit owed before it adds to the balance
  • A ledger line for every movement, with the balance after it and who did it
  • Reports on total wallet float and total credit owed

Customer Records

See who your regulars are, what they book, how often they come in and what they spend.

  • Profiles with up to five phone numbers, notes and an email
  • Search by name, phone or email at the counter
  • Bookings, sessions and bills for each customer
  • Top customers and how many of them come back
08 / 13

Split Bills

Split a bill however the group wants to pay, or let one player settle up and leave before the others.

  • Split equally, by exact amounts, by percentage or by shares like 2:1:1
  • Give each player their own time and items, so they only pay for what they had
  • Partial payments, and the next round bills only what's still owed
  • Discounts and surcharges, with a record of who applied them
  • Write off what nobody will pay, kept separate from discounts in reports

Cash Management

Know what should be in the drawer before you count it. Cash payments, refunds and wallet top-ups go into the till record by themselves.

  • Named tills, each with a default opening float
  • Shifts with an opening count and the cashiers on duty
  • Count by note and coin at close and see if you're balanced, over or short
  • A note is required whenever the count doesn't match
  • Pay-ins, petty cash pay-outs with a category, and drops to the safe

Reports

Daily takings, what sold, and how busy each space was. The dashboard compares the period you pick with the one before it.

  • Revenue, sessions, orders and bookings against the previous period
  • Space utilisation and idle time
  • Best sellers, and menu items that never sell
  • Kitchen times and late orders
  • Any two periods side by side
  • A live board, plus a list of long sessions and unpaid bills that need someone

Staff & Roles

Invite staff by email and give each person a role that fits the job. Every change anyone makes is logged with their name on it.

  • Roles for managers, finance, front desk, bar and kitchen, and floor attendants
  • Refunds, voids and discounts tied to staff roles, with a name on each one
  • Takings, discounts and orders by staff member
  • An activity log with what changed and who changed it
