Know which tables pay for themselves
A dashboard that compares any period with the one before it, a live board of the floor right now, and reports on spaces, sales, staff, customers and cash.
What's included
What you can see
This period against the last
Revenue, sessions, orders and bookings, each with the change from the period before. Or put any two periods side by side.
A live board
The floor right now: which spaces are running, how long they've been going, and what the kitchen is working on.
Things that need someone
Sessions that have been running a long time and bills left unpaid are listed for staff, and move from a warning to an alert as they get older.
Space utilisation
How busy each space was and how long it sat idle, so you know whether table 6 earns its floor space.
Staff and customers
Takings, orders, sessions and discounts by staff member. Top customers, how many come back, and what's held in wallets or owed on credit.
Cash and tax
Cash by till, staff member and pay-out category, and the tax you've collected.
Monday morning
Revenue's up, but table 6 is barely used
You open the dashboard for last week. Revenue is up 6% on the week before, and orders are up more than sessions, so the new menu is doing its job.
Utilisation shows table 6 was in use 31% of the time. It's the one by the door. Maybe it's time for a cheaper afternoon rate there.
Bookings show what's coming as an estimate next to revenue, but never added to it. The number at the top is money that's actually come in.

FAQ
Reports questions
Can I export reports to Excel or PDF?
Not for any date range yet. Exporting a custom period to PDF or Excel is being built now.
Can I see all my venues in one report?
No. Each venue has its own reports, and you switch between venues from the same login. We've chosen to keep each branch separate.
Do the dashboard and the detailed reports ever disagree?
They shouldn't. Each figure comes from one place, so the total on the dashboard is the same one you see when you open that report.
Is booked value counted as revenue?
No. It's shown next to revenue as an estimate. Revenue only counts once a bill has been paid.
