Billing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. It's 14 days, and you don't need a card to sign up.
How is billing calculated?
You pay the price shown above for each bookable space, per month. A space you add is billed straight away. A space you remove comes off your next bill, but the month you've already paid for isn't refunded.
Is the price the same in every country?
No. The price on this page is set for the country you're browsing from, so it's what you'd pay. If your venue is in a different country, get in touch and we'll tell you its price.
Does playdesk work in my country, currency, and timezone?
Yes. It works in any country. You bill in your own currency, and bookings, sessions and reports all use your venue's local time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Invoicing is available on request for larger, multi-location accounts.
Are there any setup fees?
No. There's no setup fee.
