Kitchen & orders

A kitchen queue that knows which table ordered

Orders go to the kitchen screen the moment they're placed, marked with the table, court or bar they're for. When the food's served, it's already on the right bill.

What's included

From order to bill

Orders on the tab

Every order belongs to a tab and is sent to a space, or to an area like the bar or lounge for people who aren't playing. It can be linked to one player.

A live status ladder

Pending, sent to kitchen, preparing, ready, served. Every screen updates the moment the kitchen moves an order on.

A proper menu

Variants with their own price, required or optional modifiers that can add a charge, and combos. Categories include shisha and cue accessories, not just food.

Changes without a mess

Remove an item and restore it if it was a mistake. Quantities can only go up while the order is pending, and never below what's been billed.

Kitchen timing

See the live queue, how long orders take, which ones ran late, and the busiest hours of the week.

What sells and what doesn't

Best sellers, popular modifiers and combos, and items that haven't sold once.

9pm on a Friday

Table 5 orders two burgers, no onion, and a large fries

The attendant adds the order to table 5's tab. It lands on the kitchen screen labelled Table 5, with the no-onion modifier in plain sight.

The kitchen marks it preparing, then ready. The runner sees it's ready without anyone shouting across the bar, takes it over and marks it served.

When table 5 pays, the burgers are already on their bill next to the table time. If one of them only ate fries, staff can give each player the items they had.
